The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Tribunal on 16.01.2024 in the associated O.A.

2. Our attention has been drawn to the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 31.10.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 16534/2025, vide which the Hon’ble High has passed the following directions:-
