By this Original Application, the applicant is seeking the following relief (s):

“ This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to declare the in action of Respondent No.1, in not granting 15 ACP on completion of 12 years of regular service w.e.f. 18-03-2003, as arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal and violation of Article 14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India and also against the Rules made under proviso of Article 309 of the constitution of India and also against principles of natural justice. Consequently direct the 1" Respondent to grant 15 ACP w.e.f.18-03- 2003 to the applicant on completion of 12 years of regular service along with interest @ GPF paying rate from the date of eligibility to till date of the payment with costs and along with all consequential benefits, if any, as per Rules in vogue, in the interest of justice and humbly requests to pass such other orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case..”
