By this Original Application, the applicants are seeking the following relief:

“This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 01.08.2022 and 28.10.2022 revising seniority of Sub Divisional Engineer List No.8 from the vacancy year 2004-2005 to 2005-2006 and pushing down the seniority of the applicants from Sl.No.39364 to 39969.1, 39349 to 39741.1 and 39366 to 39975.1 and quash and set aside the same as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the settled legal principles on the issue of seniority to the extent of the applicants and consequently declare that the applicants are entitled for allotment in the year 2004-2005 as per the Seniority List No.8 dated 31.12.2019 with all consequential benefits, and be pleased to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the

circumstances of the case.”
