ORDER Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member

1. The applicants have filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -

a) “Annexure A-1 dated 05.03.2018 & Annexure A-11 dated

19.2.2018 and condition imposed in letter dated 30.12.2009 (A-

8) be quashed and set aside.

b) The respondents be directed to allow the applicants to get the benefits which were granted to them by virtue of the order dated 27.02.2009 passed by the Hon'ble J&K High Court and they be further restrained from reducing their pay and pensionary benefits/pension in respect of 16 retired applicants.

c) Costs of the application be allowed in favour of the applicants.

d) Any other relief this Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit.”

2. The facts of the case as averred by the applicants in their pleadings, are as follows: -

a) The applicants were appointed as Tentmenders (Tradesmen)

Group-D under respondent no. 5 on regular basis and served for their entire career without availing any promo
