Per Hon’ble Mr. M.S. Latif, Member (Judl.):- The instant Writ Petition was initially filed before the Hon'ble High Court of J&K in the year 2019 wherein the petitioner had sought for the following reliefs:

a. By issuance of writ, order or direction one in the nature of certiorari, the order of transfer bearing NO. 19 o 2019 dated 28-10-2019 (ANNEXURE- I)

issued by respondent No. 3 be quashed.

b. c. Any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also be issued in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents.

d. Any other relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also be issued in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents.

2. What emerges from the pleadings made in the T.A. is that the petitioner is aggrieved of the Govt. Order No. 19 of 2019 dated 28-10-2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from S/C Youljuk to S/C Rangdum and in the said order the petitioner is figuring at serial no. 5. The petitioner has primarily challenged the order of transfer as it relates to him on various grounds and the star ground as raised by the petitioner is that he is suffering from bilateral ridiculer pain left side, for which he was exam
