The applicant is aggrieved by transfer order dated

02.07.2024, whereby he has been transferred from Delhi to Pachmarhi (Madhya Pradesh). He has joined his new place of posting. Due to his family obligations and medical conditions, he seeks retention at Delhi itself. With respect to his cause, the applicant has preferred a representation dated 03.07.2024, placed at page no. 28 of the Original Application, and the same is still pending consideration before the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the applicant has preferred the instant Original Application seeking the following relief(s):-

“8.1 To Quash and Set Aside the transfer order dated 02.07.2024 & 25.06.2024, transferring the applicant from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sector-4, R.K. Puram, New Delhi, to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh, on the gounds of grave hardship and compassionate circumstances in the interest of justice.

8.2 To Direct the Respondents to issue a fresh transfer order of applicant in NCR (Noida, Gaziabad, Faridabad, Murad Nagar, Greater Noida and Dadri) in the interest of justice.”

2. Issue notice.

M.A. No. 2846/2025 and are granted four weeks' time to file reply. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed wihtin two weeks thereafter.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would be satisfied if the pending representation of the applicant dated 03.07.2024 is considered and decided by the respondents by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, the OA is disposed of with the direction to the applicant to prefer a self-detailed representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and the same would be decided by the respondents within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. In view of the above, the OA is disposed of. All pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
