ORDER
Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member
1. The SWP/WPC/2489/2017 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No. 1111/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -
“i. An appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature writ of certiorari quashing Govt Order no. SEMU/Ts-450/4413-16 dated 29/9/2014 to the extent it tends to engage the petitioner on casual/Need basis instead of providing permanent employment in lieu of the land donated to the Respondent department on 6/8/2014;
ii. An appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide permanent employment to the petitioner as agreed in terms of the Gift deed Execu
