ORDER

Through the medium of the instant OA, applicants seek following reliefs:-
“(i) The impugned letter dated 11.11.2019 be quashed to the extent of its application made retrospectively to the petitioner’s right to engagement as group D and in- terms of letter dated: 03.01.2007 r/s RB 99 of 2010 under the category of land loser as same shall be in the interest of justice and equity
