ORDER
Per Hon’ble Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Member-Administrative
In this case relating to seniority, the applicants have sought following reliefs:
“(i). To set aside the impugned order dated 19.09.2012 and order dated 07.05.2013 passed by respondent no. 6 (Annexure No. 1 and 1A) with all consequential effects and fix the seniority of the applicants are per rules.
(1A). To quash the impugned rejection order dated 05.07.2013, contained as Annexure No. 1B, with all consequential benefits.
(ii). To direct the respondent No. 6 to prepare Vacancy Register for the post of Inspector Central Excise from 1986 till date and to notify the same on website and also on the Notice Board.
(iii). To restrain the respondent no. 6 from formation of any DPC for the post of Inspector Central Excise till notification of Vacancy Register.
(iv). To Issue such other suitable order or direction to respondents as the Hon‟ble may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
(v). To allow the O.A. with costs.”
