The brief facts of the case as enumerated by the learned counsel for the applicant are that the applicant who was appointed as TGT (Sanskrit) on 29.08.1984, granted Senior Scale w.e.f. 29.08.1996, after completion of twelve years as TGT (Sanskrit), as the ACP/MACP are not applicable to KVS.
