ORDER

1. The SWP No.623/2017 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.759/2021 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

a) “Allow this writ petition of the petitioners.

b) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing Order impugned being Government Order No. Home-627 dated 17-7-2009 readwith Government Order No. Home-508(p) of 2010 dated 29-04-2010, whereby, the final seniority list has been issued by the official respondents.

c) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned notification dated 12-03-2011 issued by the official respondent
