The brief facts of the case are that the applicant was retired on superannuation from the post of LHV (Lady Health Visitor) from CAMO, Department of West Zone MCD on 30.09.2022. Pension Payment order has been issued by the Respondent, however, retirement benefits were not paid to her at the time of his superannuation.
