Aggrieved by the rejection of her request for grant of family pension by the impugned order, dated 15.03.2022, the applicant has filed the OA for quashing of the said order and for a direction to the respondent to sanction family pension consequent on the death of her husband on

28.02.2017 and thus render justice.

2. The essential facts which are necessary for adjudication of the case are as follows:

The Applicant's husband late Shri E. Thanga Nadar was working as Postman and retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.1978.
