ORDER

The present OA has been filed by the applicant under section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal, 1985 seeking the following relief:
“i. Quash and Set Aside Impugned Orders dated 07.06.2021, 21.07.2022, and 18.11.2022 of the respondents .
ii. Respondents be directed to re-fix the pay of the applicant to Rs.13,950 in Pay Band-2, with Grade Pay of Rs.4,800, effective from 01.01.2006.
iii. pass any other relief that this Hon’ble Tribunal may consider fit in the interest of justice.”
2. Factual Matrix
2.1 The applicant joined as Direct Section Officer with Respondent No.1 with effect from 12.05.1998 as per the service record (additional Affidavit filed by Respondent No.1 on 7.11.2024).
