Shri Yogesh Shukla authority holder of Shri K. K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri K. K. Ojha, learned counsel for the respondents, are present and heard.
2. The instant original application has been filed seeking following relief:
“(i) In view of the facts and the grounds mentioned above, applicant prays before this Hon'ble Tribunal to set-aside the impugned order 16.02.2016 (Annexure- to compilation No. 1) passed by Senior Divisional Karmik Adhikari, North Central Railway, Jhansi as well as the order dated 11.03.2016 (Annexure- to compilation No. 1) passed by Divisional Railway Manager, Karmik, North Central Railway Jhansi.
OR
issue any other order or direction which this Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case..
