Aggrieved by the order of dismissal from engagement awarded by the 3^rd respondent, vide his order. dated 15.05.2015 and which has been upheld by the Appellate Authority as well as the Revisionary Authority vide their orders dated 12.08.2015 and 09.06.2016 respectively, the applicant has filed the OA for setting as the said orders and for a direction to the respondents to reinstate the applicant forthwith with all attended benefits and to arrange payment of arrears of salary and thus render justice.
