ORDER (By Circulation)

Hon’ble Mr. Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A):-

M.A. No. 394/2026

1. By way of the present M.A., the applicant has sought the following reliefs:-

“i) Condone the delay of Appx. 80 days in filing of the accompanying Review Application against the final judgment/Order dated 21.05.2025 and subsequently corrected Order dated 05.08.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Tribunal in OA No. 1207 of 2022, certified copy received on 20.08.2025.

ii) Pass any such or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case”.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents/review applicants stated in the M.A. that for the following reasons delay in approaching before this Tribunal is neither intentional nor deliberate and is for a bonafide reasons as explained herein below:-

i) The Tribunal vide order dated 21.05.2025 disposed the subject O.A. by quashing and setting aside the impugned order 22.04.2022 and directed the respondents to restore the pay of the applicant to the stage as it was on 02.04.2022 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii) However, Para 17 (i) of the aforementioned order dated 21.05.2025 indicated the date of impug
