02/ I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and a case for indulgence is made out. Accordingly, M.A 293/2026 is allowed and the main case, OA 91/2026, is taken up for consideration today itself instead of the date already fixed therein.

01/ Through the medium of this petition, following reliefs are sought by the petitioner :

“ The court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned transfer order dated 14-01-2026 with further direction to the respondents to allow the petiti
