1.Through this Original Application, the applicant is challenging the chargesheet dated 27.02.2018 served on the applicant on 13.03.2018.

2. Brief facts of the case are that the applicant was initially appointed as Assistant Divisional Engineer (Telecom) through Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in the year 1993. In terms of an advertisement issued by the Food Corporation of India (FCI), the applicant applied for appointment on deputation basis on the post of General Manager (Region). He was selected for the aforesaid post and the applicant worked as General Manager (Region) in the FCI from 26.12.2011 to 02.08.2014. The applicant states that while working as General Manager (Region) on deputation basis, he exposed various irregularities and corruption in the Department. He further states that because of being a whistle blower, a set of employees started working against the applicant and have trapped the applicant in a false CBI case. Later on, the applicant was issued with a chargesheet dated 27.02.2018 by the DoT, which was served to him on 13.03.2018.
