1. This application is filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:

i) Quash the Transfer Policy No. C No.: 779649 File No.: Z-11/11/1/Misc/2021-Med.VI Part (3) dtd. 28.12.2024, at Annexure:A5, issued by the 2nd Respondent;

ii) Quash the transfer order 53/A/22/15/01/ Gr.B&C/2025/RO.Med (Admn) Office Order No: 40 (MA) of 2026 dtd. 09.04.2026 at Annexure:A6 issued by the 3rd respondent, in so far as the applicant is concerned;

iii) Consequently direct the respondents to retain the applicant at Bengaluru;

iv) Grant such other relief(s) in favour of the applicant as this Honorable Tribunal deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.

2. Facts in brief are that the applicant, a Group C employee, joined the services of ESIC as Nursing Orderly in 2009 and was confirmed in the services in the year 2011. Later she was promoted as CSSD Assistant in the year 2017 and subsequently as CSR/CSSD Technician.
