ORDER
1.The present OA has been filed by the applicant challenging impugned transfer order dated 01.08.2025 Annexure A-1 ( ) by which he has been transferred from GSI, CR, RHQ, Nagpur to GSI, CR, State Unit:Chhattisgarh, Raipur. The applicant is also challenging impugned communication dated 12.08.2025 Annexure A-1(A)) ( by which the representation of the applicant has been rejected.
2. It is the case of the applicant that impugned transfer order is in gross violation of transfer policy of the department and also in gross violation of DoPT OM dated 30.09.2009 which pertains to spouse posting.
It is submitted that vide order dated 24.12.2024 Annexure A-2 ( ), the applicant was promoted to the post of Administrative officer (Group B, Non Gazetted) and after promotion, he was posted at RHQ, CR, Nagpur. It is
