The present Original Application has been filed by the MANISH KUMAR SRIVASTAVA applicant under section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 seeking following reliefs:-

“(i) Issue a direction to the respondent railway authority is concerned to release all retiral benefit including pension arrears of salary, leave encashment and gratuity to the applicant, to meet the ends of justice.
