1.The sole applicant challenges the inclusion of respondents Nos. 5, 6 and 7 in Annexure A1 rank 1st to the post of Assistant Professor, Neurology Department, by the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram (hereinafter referred to as “the Institute” for brevity) and the selection process leading to it, pursuant to Annexure A6 notification.
