2. The applicant is working as Income Tax Officer (Group- B) and has invoked jurisdiction of this Tribunal under Section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking the following reliefs (as extracted from the O.A.) as under:-

“i. Direct the Respondents to grant her Grade Pay of Rs 5400/- in Pay Level 9 (Pre revised scale of Pay of Rs 9,300- Rs 34,800/- GP-
