2. The instant original application has been filed seeking following relief:

(i) To issue an order or direction in the suitable nature for quashing the impugned order dated 25.06.2019.

(ii) To issue a writ order or direction in the suitable nature commanding and directing the respondents to provide the appointment under dying in harness rules as per qualification of the applicant expeditiously within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon’ble Tribunal.

(iii) To issue any other suitable writ, order or direction in facts and circumstances of the case which this Hon’le Tribunal may deem fit and proper.

(iv) award the cost of the application favour of the applicant.

The instant original application has been filed by the applicant challenging the impugned order dated 25.06.2019 passed by the respondents through which her prayer for appointment on compassionate grounds under dying in harness rules has been rejected on the ground that the applicant was not fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria and she does not possess the prescribed educational qualification.
