O R D E R

Per: SURESH KUMAR BATRA MEMBER (J):-

1. The present Original Application has been filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following relief:-

i) That the impugned order dated 26.09.2025 (Annexure A-2) qua applicant be quashed and set aside and the rejection order dated 08.10.2025 (Annexure A-4) be also quashed and set aside.

ii) That the respondents be directed to allow the applicant to continue at present place of posting, in the interest of Justice, OR alternatively post her at a nearby station keeping in view her medical condition, in the interest of justice.

2. The factual matrix of the case is that the applicant initially joined service as Stenographer-III on 15.06.1998. She was promoted as Stenographer-II in the year 2008 and thereafter promoted as Private Secretary and subsequently as Senior Private Secretary. At present, she is working as Senior Private Secretary in the office of respondent No.3 against an existing vacancy. It is pleaded that during her entire service span of about 27 years, her work and conduct remained satisfactory and no adverse remarks were communicated to her.
