1. For the reasons stated therein, the MA seeking exemption from filing translated copies of Hindi and dim documents is allowed, subject to just exceptions.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has challenged the transfer order dated 09.01.2026, whereby the applicant has been transferred from Delhi to Kolkata. It is further submitted that, pursuant to the said transfer order, all employees were granted an opportunity to submit their representations.
3. Learned counsel submits that the impugned transfer order is arbitrary and violative of the transfer policy, and that relevant grounds raised in the representations have not been duly considered.
4. It is further submitted that initially the applicant was willing to comply with the transfer order; however, TA/DA and admissible benefits were not released in time, due to which the applicant could not join at the transferred place.
5. It is also submitted that, in the meantime, due to changed circumstances, the applicant has got his/her minor child admitted to a pre-nursery school at Delhi at the beginning of the academic session, and is now facing genuine hardship.
