In the present case, the applicant No.1 is praying for family pension as a legally wedded wife of the deceased employ and applicant No.2 is praying for compassionate appointment. The aforesaid prayer is turned down by the respondents vid order dated 28.06.2019 (Annexure A-1). Therefore, the present OA has been filed.
