ORDER
Hon'ble Dr. Sumeet Jerath, Member (A) :
1.The instant OA has been filed by the applicant under section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs :-
“1. That this O.A. may kindly be allowed and the impugned dies- non order (Annexure No. Al) may kindly be quashed and set aside with all consequential benefits.
2. That the respondents may kindly be directed to restore the pay of the applicant with consequential benefits, arrears and interest with equal amount of penal interest thereon.
3. That the respondents may kindly be directed to pay an exemplary cost of litigation to the applicant.
4. That, such other and further reliefs and orders, which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit, just and proper, under the facts and circumstances, may kindly be granted and passed in favour of the Applicant and against the Respondents.”
2. The factual matrix of the case as per the applicant in person is that he worked as an Assistant Manager (E2 level). On 25.08.2020 he filed a formal complaint against his controlling officer – the Area Manager (Laxmi Nagar), for the intentional withholding of his salary and subsistence allowance.
