ORDER

1. The SWP No.3669/2019 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.223/2025 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

a) “Issue writ order direction in the nature of Mandamus whereby Directing the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioner in the senior scale of Rs. 4000- 6000(pre revised as per 5th pay commission) as Rs5200-20200+GP Rs2400(as per the 5th pay commission) provided in the SKUAST statuе.

b) Writ in the nature mandamus respondent of directing the to consider /appoint the petitioner in the above grade directly as has been done in case of counter parts of the petitioner from the date of his joining the university i.e 23-04-2013.

c) Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to give Back effect of the Grade to the petitioner from the appointed date i.e 23-4-2013.

d) And further writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.

e) Any other writ order direction as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the
