1.In the instant O.A. the applicant who was working as a Postman being aggrieved with order dated 18.01.2012 (Annex.A/3) whereby the Disciplinary Authority in respect to disciplinary proceedings held against him under Rule 14 of the CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 for the charges levelled under the Charge Memo dated 19.11.2010 imposed a major penalty of dismissal from service upon the applicant and also being aggrieved with the orders upholding the said punishment by the Appellate Authority and Revisional Authority has filed the present O.A. under Sec. 19 of the Administrative Tribunal‟s Act, 1985 seeking following reliefs as under :-
“8. Lordships be pleased to admit this petition. And be pleased to issue order quash and setting aside Order No. Staff/31- 42/301/2013 dated 17.09.2014 (received on 22.04.2015) passed by CPMG as (Annexure A/1), Order no. STA/3- 29/2012 dated 24.07.2012 passed by Director Postal Services as Annexure A/2, Order No. B2/Rule-14/JPF/11- 12 dated 18.01.2012 passed by Sr. Supdt. of Post Offices as Annexure A/3. And be pleased to direct the respondents to reinstate the applicant with all consequential benefits.”
