1.The facts of the case, as already recorded in the record of proceedings dated 02.09.2025, are reproduced herein for the sake of brevity:

“In the present Original Application filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicants seek the following reliefs:-

“a) Quash and set aside the result Notice dated 06/06/2017 placed at Annexure A/1 and

b) Direct the respondents to conduct document verification in respect of applicants in terms originally notified in the advertisement No. 2/14.

c) Further consider the applicants for selection to the post of Supervisor Grade II (Female) Post Code 212/14 and draw revised thereto and appoint the applicants in accordance with their merit position

d) Accord all consequential benefits

e) Award costs of the proceedings; and

f) Pass any order/relief/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice in favour of the applicants.”
