Shri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri R K Umang, learned counsel for the respondents, were present at the time of hearing.

2. The present original application has been filed seeking following reliefs:

“1 To call for the records of the case for setting aside the impugned letter No. 1716/Pay Fixation/Estt dated 06.01.2020 issued by the Assistant Works Manager/Administration – II under the office of the respondent no. 1 i.e. (Annexure No. A-1 to the present original application)

2 To direct the respondents concerned not to give effect to the impugned letter No. 1716/Pay Fixation / Esttt dated 06.01.2020 issued by the Assistant Works Manager / Administration – II under the office of the respondent no 1 in connection with the pay fixation and recovery if any.

2A To set aside the OMs dated 21.08.2021 and 25.08.2021 in respect of the applicants only and further may pleased to restrained the concerning respondents not to recover any excess amount from the salary of the applicants.

3 Issue any other direction which this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstance
