01/ Through the medium of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, sought the following reliefs :

“…….. Hon’ble court may be pleased to issue an order quashing the impugned Government order No. 1029-GAD of 2017 dated 08- 08-2017 with further direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment afresh after taking into consideration the treatment given to the similarly situated persons and also taking into consideration the vacancy position as sought in terms of communication dated 28-06-2014 and 05-08-2014 with further direction to the respondents to pay costs of litigation to the tune of Rs. 1.00 lacs to the petitioner. The petitioner has also sought a direction, as an interim measure, that till final disposal of the instant O.A, the respondents be directed to produce the record regarding the compassionate appointment case of the petitioner before the court.”
