1.In the present Original Application (O.A.) filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant seeks the following reliefs:-
“8.1 That this Hon'ble Tribunal may be graciously be pleased to allow this application and quash the impugned order dt. 27.07.2016. 8.2 That the Hon'ble Tribunal may further be graciously pleased to direct the respondents to appointment the applicant on the post for which he had been selected.
8.3 That the Hon'ble Tribunal may also be graciously pleased to pass any other or further order as may be deemed fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case.
8.4 That the Hon'ble Tribunal may further be graciously pleased to grant costs against the respondents and in favour of the applicant.”
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present O.A. is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Tribunal in O.A. Nos. 3221/2024 and 3224/2024, decided on 31.10.2025.
