1. Being aggrieved by the order No.Admn /A/ C/ GE/ S.N.Dave/ 1356 dated 12.07.2012 issued by the Director of Accounts (Postal), Jaipur and 2-12015-PAP dated 07.04.2015 issued by the Director General, Department of Posts, New Delhi whereby the applicant has been denied the pay protection after repatriated from the Army Postal Service in 2000, the applicant has filed the present OA under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 seeking following relief:-

“i) May be pleased to admit and allow this original application.

ii) May pleased to declare the impugned Orders No.

a) Admn/A/C/GE/S.Ndated 12-7-2012 issued by Director of Accounts (Postal), Jaipur and annexed at Anneuxre A-1

b) 2-1/2015-PAP dated 7-4-2015 issued by Director General Department of Posts, New Delhi- 110001 and annexed at Anneuxre A-2 as unjust, unfair, unreasonable, arbitry, pre- matured, irrational, vindictive, discriminative and bad in law and to quash and set-aside the same in the interest of justice and fair play.

iii) May be pleased to direct the respondents to grant pay protection of last pay drawn in Military Service prior to relief of the appli
