ORDER

Hon’ble Dr. Anand S. Khati, Member (A)

1.By virtue of the present O.A., the applicant has sought for the following relief(s):-

“a. Call for the records of the case.

b. Quash and set aside para 8.2 of the minutes of the DPC held on 17.06.14 as well as the order dated 08.12.2014 rejecting the representation of the applicant and consequently direct the respondents to promote the applicant to the Senior Administrative Grade w.e.f. 23.09.14 that is the date when his immediate junior was so promoted.

c. Quash and set aside the promotion order dated 23.09.2014 to the extent the same excludes the name of the applicant and direct the respondents to include the name of the applicant at due place in the same.

d. Direct the respondents to give all consequential benefits to the applicant.

e. Direct the respondents to pay the cost of the proceedings to the applicants.

f. Pass any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Tribunal thinks fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
