O R D E R

Ms. Urmita Datta (Sen), Judicial Member:

1.The applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 praying for the following relief:-

“a) An order quashing and/or setting aside the Order of Premature Retirement dated 09.06.2025.

b) An order quashing and/or setting aside the Order of Railway Board dated 23.06.2025, 19.09.2025 and 29.09.2025.

c) An order quashing and/or setting aside the Order dated 10th October, 2025.

d) An Order directing the respondents to reinstate the applicant with effect from the date of premature retirement with all consequential benefits including back wages as well as seniority etc. treating the applicant as in Service for all purpose since the date of premature retirement as per Order dated 09.06.2025 till the date of reinstatement.

e) An order directing the respondents to produce/cause production of all relevant records.

f) Any other order or further order/orders as to this Hon’ble Tribunal may seem fit and proper.”

2. As per the applicant, he is a retired Senior Administrative Grade Officer of Eastern Railway. While holding the post of Chief Material Manager/Sales at Headquarters, Eastern Railway, Kolkata, h
