1. The SWP No.327/2019 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.2073/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

a) Writ, order of direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorari quashing the select list issued by the respondent no.2 and 3 as published on 25.02.2019 in pursuance to the Advertisement Notice No:06/2017/1206/ 2017/14 dated 28.12.2017 to the extent respondent no.4 has been selected in the SC category while denying consideration to the petitioner as Ex-servicemen in SC category;

b) Writ, order of direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents no.2 and 3 to select the petitioner against the post of teacher in District Cadre Samba in pursuance to the Advertisement Notice No:06/2017/1206/ 2017/14 dated 28.12.2017 and to recommend the name of the petitioner for appointment against the post of teacher in District Cadre Samba as Ex-servicemen in SC category.
