ORDER The applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 21.08.2009 passed by respondent no. 3 and for a direction to the respondents to consider and grant compassionate appointment to the applicant.
