1.Heard the parties on admission.

2. By way of present O.A., the applicant is challenging an order dated 30.04.2026, whereby pursuant to H.Q. letter dated 15.04.2026, applicant’s period of extension of deputation has not been acceded to for sixth year and directed to repatriate before 08.05.2026. So also seeking direction to review the revised policy dated 27.01.2025 and modify for posting on spouse grounds as directed in O.A./1263/2025.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant vehemently contended and same can be summarized as under:-

(i) Applicant is working as Senior Auditor on deputation in borrowing office of IA & AD in O/o CAG, New Delhi/respondent no. 3 since 26.03.2021 to 26.03.2026. The fifth year of deputation expired on 26.03.2026. The impugned order dated 30.04.2026 (Annexure A-1) by respondent no. 2 directed borrowing office/respondent no. 3 to relieve no later than 08.05.2026. The impugned order of repatriation on 5th year of deputation is without assigning reasons and exceptional circumstances not been disclosed.

(ii) The husband of the applicant is Assistant Teacher in GNCT of Delhi and cannot be transferred to Che
