ORDER

1. The SWP No. 260/2019 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No/85/2020 the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

a) “Certiorari quashing the selection list issued vide order No. 43 of 2019 date 05-01-2019 for the post of Constable in J&K Police in pursuance to the Advertisement No. pers-A 38/2016/59220-320 dated 08-10-2016, to the extent it selects the Respondent No. 5 & 6 under open merit category from being already selected candidates under RBA & SC Category vide select list dated 06-01-2018.

b) Certiorari quashing the selection and consequential appointment of Respondent No. 7 & 8 under RBA and Sc Category.

c) Certiorari quashing the selection and appointment of respondent No. 09 under SPO Category.

d) Mandamus commanding the respondents to select the petitioners by operating the waiting list issued by the respondents for the post of Constable in J&K Police in district Udhampur.

e) Any other, order, command or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem just ٢ and proper in the given facts and ci
