01/ Through the medium of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, sought the following reliefs :

“…….. Hon’ble court may be pleased to direct the respondents to strictly implement and give effect to the NCISM Notification dated 15-01-2026, particularly the amendment to Regulation 16(e). whereby age of superannuation of teaching faculty has been enhanced to 70 years with further direction to quash the impugned provisions of the SO-364 to the extent it prescribes a lower age of superannuation for the faculty of Govt. Unani Medical Colleges and declare that the petitioner shall be entitled to continue in service upto age of 70 years at par with faculty of Allopathic Government Medical Colleges. It is further prayed that the respondents be directed to allow the petitioner to continue in service as Assistant Professor in the Department of Amraz-e-Niswan Qabalat upto the age of 70 years and declare that the NCISM Minimum Essential Standards Regulations, 2026, shall prevail over any inconsistent provisions.
