1.The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following relief(s) :-

“8.l To quash and setaside the communication dated 29.09.2014 (received on 07.10.2014) whereby the below bench marks ACRs for the period ( 01.04.2003 to 21.07.2003, 22.07.2003 to 31.03.2004, 01.04.2005 to 28.11.2005, 01.04.2004 to 31.03.2005, 29.11.2005 to 31.03.2006 & 21.08.2006 to 31.03. 2007) has been communicated to applicant and further the benefit of 3^rd MACP Scheme has been denied to applicant and to further direct the respondent to grant the benefit of 3rd MACP scheme w.e.f. 19.12.2009 by ignoring the ACR for the period 01.04.2003 to 21.07.2003, 22.07.2003 to 31.03.2004, 01.04.2005 to 28.11.2005, 01.04.2004 to 31.03.2005, 29.11.2005 to 31.03.2006 & 21.08.2006 to 31.03.2007) as per the judgment of Hon'ble Delhi High Court in WPC No-5402/2002 with all consequential benefits including seniority and promotion and pay & allowance.
