The present OA has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following relief:

“a) Quash the impugned inaction of the respondent department whereby they are not allowing correct interest on GPF, interest on delayed payment of gratuity, commuted value of pension, pension & leave
