1. O.A. NO. 063/407/2022 and O.A. NO. 063/1350/2019 have been heard filed by applicant Kehar Singh Thakur. These two OAs together and are being disposed of by a common order as facts of the cases are same and further relief claimed therein is interconnected. For convenience, facts are being taken from O.A. No.063/407/2022.

2. O.A. No.063/407/2022 has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking following relief:-

a) Quashing the order dated 11.12.2020 (A-1) issued by respondent No.1 conveyed to the applicant vide letter dated 13.01.2021 issued by PCCF (HOFF) Himchal Pradesh vide which earlier Order No. 22012/25/2018-IFS- II dated 24.09.2018 (A-10) regarding determination of year of allotment of the applicant re-as 1987 has been cancelled after applicant retired on attaining the age of superannuation w.e.f 30.09.2020 in patently illegal and arbitrary manner and in violation to principles of natural justice after the retirement of the petitioner in gross violation to the law laid down by this Hon'ble Tribunal in O.A No. 555-PB-2001 titled J.S Samundari Vs Union of India decided on 14.10.2014
