Heard Shri V. B. Tiwari, Shri S. K. Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ravi Ranjan, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The instant Original Application, under section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, has been filed by the applicant, seeking following reliefs:

“8.1 This Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the impugned order dated 22.11.2023 (ANNEXURE A-1 to Compilation-I to the O.A.), with all consequential benefits.

8.2 This Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to correct the fixation of pay of the applicant, complying the judgment and order dated 23.05.2023 passed in O.A. No. 1605/2014 and release all the arrears of difference of increment, pay, pension, leave encashment, gratuity along with interest of 18% from the date of due to the date of actual payment and issue fresh PPO accordingly.

8.3 This Hon'ble Tribunal may further be pleased to pass such other order or direction as may be deemed fit and proper under the fac
