1.Heard Shri Shyamal Narain, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ajal Krishna, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The present Original Application has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 challenging the disciplinary action taken against him and the consequential appellate order arising out of the incident dated 08.04.2015, wherein the applicant claims to have been wrongly proceeded against without affording due opportunity and in violation of the principles of natural justice. The applicant has, accordingly, prayed for quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 02.06.2015 with all consequential benefits.”
3. Learned counsel for the applicant, while referring to the facts as set out in the Original Application, has made the following submissions in support of the claim:
