1.Present OA has been filed by the applicants under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985, seeking the following reliefs:-

“a. Quash and set aside the Impugned Order No.81/ File No. 1/69/2019/DHAS/NUR/Estt./607 to 613 dated 15.01.2021 (ANNEXURE A-1) passed by Medical Superintendent, Dr. Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan, Karkardooma, Delhi-110032 (Respondent No.2);

b. direct the Respondents to restore with full effect the Office Order No. 173 dated 28.02.202`0 issued by Respondent No.2 alongwith benefit of bunching in case of some of the Applicants in terms of Rule 7(1)A(i) & (ii) of Central Civil Services (RP) Rules 2008 and in the light of judgment dated 27.03.2015 passed in OA No.98/2014, Malbika Deb Gupta Vs. Union of India & Ors. and judgment dated 04.11.2016 passed by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) No.8058/2015; Union of India Vs. Malbika Deb Gupta with further directions to fix revised minimum basic pay at Rs. 13,860/- with Grade Pay Rs.4600/- Rs. 18,460/- as Revised Minimum Basic Pay in the conversion pay structure/scale of Rs.9300-34,800 as on 01.01.2006 as per RP Rules, 2008;
