1.Heard Mr. Pankaj Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Rajni Kant Rai, learned counsel for the respondents at the time of hearing.
2. The instant Original Application under Section 19 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 has been filed for the following reliefs:
I. To set aside/quash the order dated 05.12.2019 passed by respondent-2.
II. To issue suitable order directing the respondents to fix the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 +4600 GP in PB-2 as per Sixth Pay Commission w.e.f. 09.09.2010 (date of joining of the applicant under the office respondent-4)
III. To issue a suitable direction to the respondents to grant MACP in grade Pay of Rs.4800 in PB-2 as per sixth pay commission with effect from 09.09.2020 with all consequential benefits (which has been granted with grade pay of Rs.4600 instead of Rs.4800/-)
IV. To direct the respondents to pay all consequential benefits arising out of re-fixation of his salary within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Tribunal.
